BDM : 1 Nos

Location : Bhubaneswar,Odisha

Shift Time : 7:30 pm to 5:30 am

Work Days : 5 Days In A Week.

Skill Required :

  1. Good communication (Spoken and Written) in English.
  2. Minimum 4 years’ experience OR above in IT Sales Department.
  3. Compatible with night shift.
  4. Knowledge of Digital marketing and Development.
  5. Minimum Qualification : Graduation.

Job Description : JD is same for BDM

  1. New Business Development.
  2. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  3. Cold calls as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  4. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  5. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  6. Research and build relationships with new clients.
  7. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  8. Plan approaches and pitches.
  9. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  10. Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  11. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  12. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  13. Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
  14. Client Retention.
  15. Bid on various portal for projects.
  16. Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  17. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  18. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
  19. Business Development Planning.
  20. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  21. Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  22. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  23. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  24. Management and Research.
  25. Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  26. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
  27. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  28. Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  29. Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  30. Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
  31. Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
  32. Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
  33. Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  2. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  3. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  4. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
  5. Developing quotes and proposals .
  6. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person .
  7. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
  8. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  9. Bid on various portal for projects.

Developer : 2 Nos

Location : Bhubaneswar,Odisha

Shift Time : 9:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Work Days : 5 Days In A Week.

Skills Requirement : 

  1. Developer should have at least 2.5 years of experience.
  2. Proven software development experience in PHP.
    1. Corephp
    2. MVC Framework :cakephp,laravel,codigniter,ROR,Zend etc.
    3. CMS: Megento, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal etc.
    4. Ecommerce, Opencart
    5. Angularjs, Nodejs
  1. Understanding of open source projects like HTML, JSS, bootstrap, jquery etc.
  2. Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
  3. Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc).
  4. Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
  5. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
